This course is for advanced divers who are already comfortable in their buoyancy, looking to expand their underwater horizons. The island’s only Underwater Meditation course blends mindful breathing with buoyancy mastery for advanced comfort and focus—above and below the waves.
Day 1 blends a calm classroom session with confined-water breathwork and buoyancy drills.
Day 2 takes you on two guided reef “meditation” dives to apply mindful breathing, stillness, and slow, intentional movement.
