I had a blast, earning my open water, diving certification with Octopus crew! I had the pleasure of being taught by Ms Ludim. I always felt safe and at the end of the course I felt confident in the skills I had learned. You will have a hard leaving! I had an incredible experience getting my Open Water PADI certification with Octopus Dive School! From start to finish, the team exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend them enough. My instructor, Caleb, went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident at every stage. His attention to detail and patient guidance made achieving my lifelong goal of certification feel not only possible but truly enjoyable. Shev was equally amazing—kind, caring, and incredibly supportive. Every member of the staff added to the positive atmosphere. Came here with my cousin and her husband and we all had an amazing time getting our Advanced Open Water cert with Alejandro. He was very nice yet serious when needed, you could tell how much fun he had teaching others tools and tricks to make diving even more enjoyable and safe. We also did some fun dives with Pablo between classes who was very friendly with years of experience to share. The staff here make you feel very comfortable and safe.

I had an amazing time learning to dive at Octopus Dive School! The dive masters there are some really amazing people that are really fun to have around. They will make sure you learn how to dive well and have fun. I honestly really hope I get the chance to go back. Happy bubbles!

Great people, great diving! Got my open water and advanced open water certification, then did a bunch of fun dives here. Spent most of my two weeks time on Roatan diving with them. It seems to be a smaller operation than other dive shops, so it feels like a small community. Pablo was a great teacher, but I would have been glad to have any of the other divemasters as a teacher. If you stay in West End or the hostel in Sandy Bay, they'll help coordinate your transportation.
