Daily Fun Dives
We run 3 one-tank dives daily, typically at 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 2:00 PM. Two-tank morning and afternoon dives available. Special dawn, night, and shark dives can be arranged—just ask us!
Free Pick Up
Staying in West End or Sandy Bay? We'll pick you up each morning and transport you to our dive shop. For waterfront accommodations nearby, we can collect you with Symbiotic, our dive boat.
Small Dive Groups
We limit our fun dive groups to just 6 divers per PADI instructor, ensuring personalized attention and more enjoyable diving. No crowded boats or rushing—just quality time exploring the reef.

We match sites to your interests and experience, keep briefings clear and relaxed, and add those little touches—gear help, photography tips, flexible packages—that make blowing bubbles easy and memorable. Show up, smile, and let our crew handle the rest.
Awesome Diving Service
When you check in, we kit you out with any rental equipment you need. We then take note of it and any gear you brought with you and put it away in our designated area if you are not diving that day. From then on you will find your BCD and regulator set up on a tank for you on our boat every time you arrive to go diving.

When you dive with Octopus, we take care of everything we can for you… All you need to do is just show up in paradise, relax and go do some great diving in Roatan! For your convenience, we have a kitchen area available for your use. We have a fridge, microwave and sandwich maker. You’re welcome to bring along any drinks, snacks or meals that you’d like to enjoy throughout the day! We also have hammocks and lounge chairs to relax on.
At Octopus, you’ll find coffee ready when you arrive, and we offer fresh fruit between morning dives. There’s also a good selection of restaurants nearby, too! There is a beautiful shaded seating area on our private dock to relax on and great marine life books you can enjoy.
We have big lockers that will fit your bag, towel, clothes and any valuable items you carried with you for the day. When you are not using it, any dive gear you brought with you on vacation can be stored in our locked personal equipment room so you don’t have to take back and forth with you.

Alumni Dive Rate
Once you’re part of the Octopus family, you’re always part of it. Whether you did your PADI course with us last season or years ago, you’ll always get the special 10 dive per tank rate whenever you return to Roatan.
Dawn Dive
$55 - minimum of 4 divers.
Night Dive
$55 - minimum of 4 divers.
Shark Dive
$120 + transportation fee.
Mary's Place Dive
$35 + Dive Rate - minimum 6 divers.
Been Awhile?
If you haven’t been diving in awhile, we’ll make sure you have the skills and confidence you need to safely enjoy your first time back in the water.
We want everyone to have fun diving at Octopus Dive School, and for us that means keeping our divers safe while they enjoy blowing bubbles underwater. We have an impeccable safety record and we strictly follow all PADI guidelines for safe diving practices. This means you will always receive a thorough briefing prior to each dive you do with us and we’ll make sure you know how to stay safe on board our boat and where the first aid, oxygen kit are located. We carry fresh water on board as well as a VHF radio for communication with shore in case of emergency and constantly monitor local weather conditions and plan our dives accordingly.
QUICK REFRESHER
To keep everyone safe we ask that you refresh your skills a little before heading out on your first dive with us or if you haven’t dove in a year.

We can help your reactivate your skills as a diver and renew your scuba diving certification.
